I've been married for 20 years but can only imagine what it would be like to lose my spouse. Doesn't it seem like her book gives you permission to feel good one day and then go back to grieving the next? I can only guess it's not a magical "one day you feel all better" and the book captures being torn between the past and the future. Larry,

The reviewer mentioned that the reader recovers sooner than Andi and want to drag her back to happiness. In my case, I think Andi and her friends helped my healing process a great deal.
